We specialize in creating unforgettable experiences for both business groups/guests (short-ski trips) as well as our leisure guests. Our staff play a crucial role in this, as they bring our hospitality to life and ensure an unforgettable experience for our guests.

We are searching for a true hospitality star, who will provide exceptional service to all our guests, especially during the winter months. FLEXIBLE

You are open to learning various aspects of working within the hotel industry. You adopt a flexible approach towards working breakfast and bar shifts, handling front-office responsibilities, and, if necessary, supporting the kitchen crew. Alternatively, you can choose to specialize in one of these departments.

PROACTIVE

You understand the perfect balance between adhering to guidelines and identifying areas for improvement. You are not hesitant to share your innovative ideas with the management. Your mindset aligns with our goal: „We want to grow!“

SMART

You have a good understanding of the German or/and English language and are able to handout our excellent service to our guest. Your linguistic skills ensure clear communication and enhance the guest experience.

PASSION

You have a strong passion for the guest experience and are always making sure to offer them the ultimate service. As your priority is to have 100% satisfied guests, you can handle feedback well and are able to see room for improvement when it comes to the hotel, the staff and of course to yourself.

  • Work experience within the hospitality in a similar environment / position

  • Good communication skills, including English and German language skills

  • You are available from 01-12-2024 till 01-04-2025
